Workshops for adults

As part of the project we are running a series of workshops for parents and carers. These will be hosted on Zoom and are designed to share skills and ideas with you that will support you in exploring creativity and nature with your children. Sessions are also intended to support you in exploring some of the more challenging questions that arise when studying natural history, for example the ethics of collecting, how to talk about biodiversity loss and the lack of representation of many groups in natural history study.

The first stage of the project has been kindly supported by Arts Council England and this has enabled us to make the website and it's activities free for Spring 2021. You will be asked to complete a short survey at the end of the event which will be of real help to us in obtaining funding in the future.
